Return Policy

All Teas are FINAL SALE. Due to health and safety regulations, we strictly cannot accept any return or exchange of loose leaf teas or packaged teas. 

Sweet Camellia is committed to creating products of the highest quality to ensure your satisfaction. We stand behind everything we sell, and hope you’ll love your tea as much as we do! We welcome your feedback and if you’re unsatisfied with your order, we want to know!

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to assist you with your order.

Sweet Camellia will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, for an identical product or a store credit of equivalent value. Please note that photo documentation of the damaged item as is required when submitting your request.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us informing you of the tracking information.  

Delays:

During the holiday season, shipping times may be delayed. If we are experiencing delays in processing your order, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Services:

All orders shipped within the Contiguous US are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes so a street address is required in order to ship a package via this method.  

Shipping Liability:

Sweet Camellia will ship based on the method you select from the available options. The estimated time of the arrival of your product should be considered as an estimate only, and Sweet Camellia will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping. You are responsible for all federal and provincial shipping-related duties and taxes, and you agree to comply with all export laws of the United States and Canada that apply to the products purchased or received under this Agreement. 

Sweet Camellia uses a third-party shipping service provider to ship its products. As such, Sweet Camellia will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect), or expense due to shipping. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third-party shipping service provider. Sweet Camellia is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, or missing information.
