Refund policy

All Teas are FINAL SALE. Due to health and safety regulations, we strictly cannot accept any return or exchange of loose leaf teas or packaged teas.  

Sweet Camellia is committed to creating products of the highest quality to ensure your satisfaction. We stand behind everything we sell, and hope you’ll love your tea as much as we do! We welcome your feedback and if you’re unsatisfied with your order, we want to know!

 If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to assist you with your order.

Sweet Camellia will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, for an identical product or a store credit of equivalent value. Please note that photo documentation of the damaged item as is required when submitting your request.
